"This was a great location. About a half block from the “L” and minutes from bus transportation. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor of the hotel and rooms. My 9 year old enjoyed all of the graphic art on doors like the emergency exit and ice machine. And the record albums in the elevators. And great price for location. Walking distance to UNO Pizza and Lou Manalti’s. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Kinzie was a great find of a hotel. It was centrally located in the River North area with endless restaraunts around. Also within walking distance of many sights, or a quick subway ride from many others. The hotel was clean. The bathroom was definitely showing its age but again, clean. The included breakfast and happy hour were great perks included in the reasonable resort fee. I would definitely stay here again. "
