"Property in great location next to central station. Check in took a long time and it was very hot and uncomfortable waiting. Room was basic but clean and had everything you would need fridge was welcomed as room was very hot. Did not have balcony but we did have doors that opened to fire escape so was nice to step outside for some fresh air. The heating was constantly in hot and despite trying would not go to lower temp. We did leave cake out and woke it with it covered in ants but we did leave food out. Would stay again as great location and made it easy to get around Milan."

"Silvia who checked us in was so sweet and amazing. Everytime we walked through the lobby she would check on us. The hotel was super nice and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Loved our stay. Also the door man was so quick to help with our luggage and assist with the stairs. The gentlemen was so cordial and you could tell he took pride in his job. "
