"I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning. "

"A wonderful stay at Villa Aida. The owner, Carla, was extremely welcoming and hospitable. The renovated 1920's villa with large, open plan ground floor appartment was delightfully stylish. Very comfortable. Highly recommended."
