People were in their cars all night...I asked to check out early to avoid further conflict with suspect people around the rooms, the owner denied so I left anyway to get a nice clean room. Privately owned, stay at a corporate room around the corner if you have kids and don't want to deal with night crawling zombies"

Nice large house with many rooms. Lots of kitchenware. Felt very safe. Beautiful redwoods all around. Had a good time. "
