"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

"Loved the amount of windows in the room. The room was clean and tidy. Was disappointed with the state of the hall carpet. This is your first impression and wasn't good. Also had to wait a while for reception staff to appear although they were very nice and extremely helpful when they came. "

"The room was quite small but very clean and recently decorated by the look of it. Great shower and good lighting etc for makeup. Iron and a fridge with water, small bottle of Prosecco and orange juice. Bed very clean and comfortable. Big TV. The only issue is that it is not light (Roman blinds) or sound proofed. The lift was out of order. The small veggie breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out very easy and staff very friendly. Very lively bar!! I will always stay here when I visit...
