The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. "Nice hotel, good location ,friendly staff . Loved the club room offering juice andntea, coffee all day long and nibbles. Room is okay, but very minimalist. The bed was very low. The bathroom with glass wall isnodd, not much privacy, and you enter through the shower...very odd. But at the end good value for money. "

"We were so happy with this historical hotel, wonderful location, 2-5 minutes walking distance to center square Chamonix! Friendly staff, service were wonderful, afternoon free cake, it was delicious French pastries style, coffee 24/7, wooden interiors design was my favorite! I’m sure we’ll return to stay again next when we miss Mont Blanc, this hotel is our Chamonix home ! "

"We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. All employees were great, but especially Ali for valet parking and Claire at reception helped us very much. My only small complaint is that I am very sensitive to scents and get headaches and the hotel makes liberal use of fragrances. I wish...

"Super nuitée dans cette hôtel en plein centre de Chamonix. Il est à quelques mètres de la rue piétonne principale. Les chambres ont tout le nécessaire, la literie est très confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet avec autant du salé que du sucré, il y en a pour tout le monde. En somme, nous avons passé un super moment, merci !"
