Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. "Eigentlich ein sehr hübsches Hotel! Ein traumhafter Frühstücksraum, Frühstück sehr fein. Leider wurden wir nicht informiert, wie man nach 22 Uhr wieder ins Hotel kommt. Dafür wäre ein Code nötig gewesen, den wir nicht erhalten haben. Schock bei der Rückkehr vom Abendessen um 22.30 Uhr! Die Telefonnummer der Mitarbeiterin war an der Tür befestigt und sie hat auch tatsächlich das Telefon abgenommen und uns den Code mitgeteilt, sonst..."

"Très bien placé dans une petite ruelle de la zone piétonne. Pratique pour tout faire à pieds, par contre plus compliqué pour le parking de la voiture. Le staff était sympa et nous a aidé avec le bébé (lit et couvertures). Tout est automatisé alors les horaires sont très flexibles. Un peu chaud en août (pas de clim, mais un ventilateur), mais l'endroit est bien à l'ombre alors ça passe."
