"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"We stayed for two nights to catch an Olympic futbol game. We were two families of 5 each. We rented the whole property. The owner is fantastic and accomodated a late check in. He also advised us on how to get to the city and park without issue. The location is in a quiet street. The property didn’t have AC but we knew this to be the case and we were ok with it.
