"Great location for hotels and the harbour area, the room was great and cleaned everyday, we had a street facing room which although was very nice to look out over the skating rink unfortunately it was over the taxi rank so Friday and saturday nights were extremely noisey till 5am when the nearby clubs closed. The windows do very little to stop the noise. I would stay again mid week or request a back room for weekends. Staff were friendly."

"It is a very convenient location, but the hotel room itself was dated. No furniture or decor to make the room more comfortable, such as a TV that allows chromecast or streaming, place to sit and put shoes on/off, or even a small sofa or couch to sit on. There are empty spaces around the room that could use decor/furniture to make it more comfortable. The rug is the worst part of the hotel room. "The hotel is very convenient and close to everything so no need for taxi. The room is a good size, very clean, comfortable bed . Staff are nice and always accommodating. My main complaint is that the bathroom is small and the shower area only has a cloth to close around it so surrounding areas get wet pretty much when in use. The window also had so much condensation because it was near a heater and causes window sill to be wet too. It would also be great for their hotel rooms to maybe have a...
