Reception staff very helpful and kind, but it was a shame that, when saying 'goodbye', one member of the team didn't look up. Also, suggest having an illuminated sign above the main entrance."

"A beautiful, elegant hotel in a quiet location. The room was spacious, clean with tv, tea facilities, hairdryer & bath/ shower. Although dinner lacked any real choice as a vegan ( the only option was winter salad minus the honey & mustard vinaigrette) and chunky chips) breakfast was out of this world and the staff were far more accommodating. We accessed the spa facilities with a separate booking, which were amazing. A lovely little relaxing break. "
