"The lake house is cozy and an excellent place to relax. The boat dock is also a plus, as we could dock our fishing boat and walk down the stairs to the water. There is also plenty of room outdoors to enjoy your company around the fire pit or the two large porches. Everything you need from town is just around the corner, and all the major cities are only twenty minutes in any direction. I will be staying here again when I'm in the area. "We came in for an overnight stay for a Tiger game. The location is convenient for sporting event or concert. The house it beautiful and very well maintained. Communication with the host was extremely easy and they were very accommodating. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back!"

" The over all stay was great. The outside when we arrive the grass was tall and needed to be cut. The front door screen was torn so curb appeal need work. The bunk bed need screws tighten, the stools in kitchen screws could be tighten, so it would not wobble. House was very clean, We enjoyed our stay. Also bushes on side of drive way should be cut so it would not block view of traffic. a so it would not "

"The view was great of the city. We love having a living room and bedrooms. Something had been spilled by/under the couch and was never cleaned up. The pullout couch had food in it when we pulled it out. Things were a little dated or well-used, but overall, for the price and convenience, it was fine. "

"There was a used razer left in the shower, and it just looked like it wasn't wiped down in the shower. There was also some silverware that still had hard food stuck on them from previous person, and the actual buildings hallways to the room smelled like a urinal cake, but other than that it was a pleasant stay for us. We spent a lot of our time out exploring the city outside. I would definitely stay here again if we came to that part of Detroit. I just wanted to give you some honest feedback...
