"Ed was very kind and helpful. His communication is great. The location is amazing. The only issue would be parking. There is a location were you can park in the garage but off the street parking is metered. Otherwise the house is clean with lots of space for a group stay. The check-in process is simple. Ed is very clear about expectations. I would book this location again."

"First and foremost, the unit is super cute, and welcoming. I loved the whole vibe. The industrial interior, the wood floors, the open concept. Loved it!! "My wife and I stayed in unit #1 and it was perfect for a long weekend. Close to Northville (which is my wife's hometown) and close to Ann Arbor where we attended the Michigan Football Game on Saturday. Great place to stay. Only issue is the TV takes about 20 min. to warm up before coming on permanently. Besides that we had a great time. One request to the owners - A purchase of an ottoman for propping up your feet while watching TV would be fantastic. Love the place and will stay there...

"We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!"

" The over all stay was great. The outside when we arrive the grass was tall and needed to be cut. The front door screen was torn so curb appeal need work. "There was a used razer left in the shower, and it just looked like it wasn't wiped down in the shower. There was also some silverware that still had hard food stuck on them from previous person, and the actual buildings hallways to the room smelled like a urinal cake, but other than that it was a pleasant stay for us. We spent a lot of our time out exploring the city outside. I would definitely stay here again if we came to that part of Detroit. I just wanted to give you some honest feedback...
