"It was just me me, and whoa, this place is deceptively large once you notice the downstairs, which I didn't even use. Ran into a little random thing which the hosts were super-helpful and responsive with.I didn't cook there, can't comment on kitchen readiness for that.HIghly recommended as a home base- You can walk to everything you absolutely need and then you're going to have to drive everywhere else (because Detroit) and it's centrally located."

"Had a quick weekend trip to Detroit for a Lions game. House was in a convenient location to downtown and the airport and lots of good food options within 10-15 min away. Was a bit cold but the game room in the basement kept both the kids and adults entertained. "

"Great property and great host ! It was super clean ! The backyard is huge for non fires ! Kitchen had all type of items you could use including air fryer and all! Host very attentive and responds on the spot ! Gotta love that! And she also can help. You with anything extra you need ! You can put the flat separately or book the whole price ! I felt safe there as well and the locks are automatic. I jsut loved this place all around and will be book again soon ! Thanks again ! 💙"

"My family loved this property. There was more than enough room for us. All the appliances worked! I was even able to make me a cup of tea. I was able to communicate with Todd and he was able to contact me if needed. I asked my family about the property and they gave it a 10. "

"This is a perfect place for 1-2 people. Close to shopping, very close to the airport, and about 20 mins from downtown detroit"

"Home has updated bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable enough as we only slept here at night and visited our family daily. We would stay here again because this was a better option than getting multiple hotel rooms for 2 adult children, my husband and I."

Home has been updated with nice amenities in the kitchen and includes off street parking. It’s conveniently located to near by restaurants in walking distance. I recommend this place to others."

"Beautifully maintained property located in the heart of Ann Arbor and well within walking distance of U of M major stadiums. Ample parking albeit single-lane driveway; comfortable sleeping quarters in all bedroom — each complete with TV’s. Nestled among student housing, we experienced no disruption/loud noises after hours. Excellent mgmt communication avenues and reasonably priced. Will definitely book again when in Ann Arbor."
