"The place was perfect for our stay and small birthday party. The yard was amazing. The three bedrooms are close together and share one bathroom. The other bathroom is an addition off of the kitchen but it is really nice. There could have been more amenities like salt+pepper, wine glasses, etc.. I ended up buying wine glasses and leaving them. Over time, I imagine people will leave more behind for the rest of us. Would definately rent again."

" The over all stay was great. The outside when we arrive the grass was tall and needed to be cut. The front door screen was torn so curb appeal need work. The bunk bed need screws tighten, the stools in kitchen screws could be tighten, so it would not wobble. House was very clean, We enjoyed our stay. Also bushes on side of drive way should be cut so it would not block view of traffic. a so it would not "

"The view was great of the city. We love having a living room and bedrooms. Something had been spilled by/under the couch and was never cleaned up. The pullout couch had food in it when we pulled it out. Things were a little dated or well-used, but overall, for the price and convenience, it was fine. "

"There was a used razer left in the shower, and it just looked like it wasn't wiped down in the shower. There was also some silverware that still had hard food stuck on them from previous person, and the actual buildings hallways to the room smelled like a urinal cake, but other than that it was a pleasant stay for us. We spent a lot of our time out exploring the city outside. I would definitely stay here again if we came to that part of Detroit. I just wanted to give you some honest feedback...
