"The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. "Beautiful hotel, gorgeous beach,azur blue water with beautiful sandy beach and mountains in the back ground are breathtaking. landscape with multiple fountains..Food was delicious with different vareities every day. staff was very courteous and helpful. "Listen, this resort is amazing!!! We were sooo impressed with everything. The food options and the quality of the food is phenomenal and there is always something you will find to enjoy. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the far walk from our room. Which was completely our fault because we chose sea side view and it was an AMAZING view but it was so far from the lobby and restaurant etc but apart from that, the experience here was perfect. "Amazing location, with stunning views, issue with noise as they decided to build every other day a stage for weddings which makes it noisy to build and dismantle for each wedding on top of the wedding noise. Having said that, I complained to the hotel and to hotels.com, the general manager offered us compensation and another room for the last night away from the wedding noise, though hotels.com did not do anything rather than log a ticket "

"Room was clean and tidy. Staff was especially friendly and helpful with any issues. I bought a celebration package for my wife which included robes in the room, breakfast in bed, and a romantic candlelit dinner by the beach. Amenities were plentiful and we had all that we needed. Food was delicious. Would recommend. "
