The service is truly 5 star - everyone was like how do I make the stay special especially staff at the beach and manager at sultan bar (tharos). Loved the stay and will highly recommend. "

All suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with no elevators, which makes it difficult for guests with disabilities and special needs. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. "

"Amazing location, with stunning views, issue with noise as they decided to build every other day a stage for weddings which makes it noisy to build and dismantle for each wedding on top of the wedding noise. Having said that, I complained to the hotel and to hotels.com, the general manager offered us compensation and another room for the last night away from the wedding noise, though hotels.com did not do anything rather than log a ticket "
