"My partner and me had a fantastic holiday at the Steigenberger. We were amazed by how well the property is maintained. We enjoyed daily strolls through the resort, enjoying the gardens, the green surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. "The hotel is simply awesome, staff is super friendly and polite. Service is like clockwork and extremely professional. Rooms are very comfy and clean, hotel facilities and in perfect condition and they pay attention to all details so you really feel at home. I really enjoyed not only the hotel itself and great food (a lot of choice, fruits and vegetables and amazing live cooking), but the most - the team! Very polite, gentile, caring and always in the best mood spreading the smile and great mood around. Special thanks to the animation team - Alberto and Johny - you are rocking guys! "My wife and I love to come here. We always have an amazing stay. The location is in downtown Gouna, which is super convenient for dining options. The pool and bar are great, and the private lagoon beach is quiet and relaxing. The staff are all amazing throughout the stay. The rooms are a bit small but very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is very good, and the food and drinks are excellent."
