"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. "Safe haven in HURGHADA. Lovely beach and pools. Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time.
