"Safe haven in HURGHADA. Lovely beach and pools. Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time. "I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. "By far the worst place i have ever stayed in. It was dirty, towels were grey not wait. Floors were filthy. Electris dangerous. The food was the pits. I ate out a lotthe place was running alive with ferel cats, who stank. Stayed with friends every night could not sleep in the sheets. Place needs closing down. Not one plate or cup not chipped"
