Also the rest staff was so friendly and helpful in every situation. "My partner and me had a fantastic holiday at the Steigenberger. We were amazed by how well the property is maintained. We enjoyed daily strolls through the resort, enjoying the gardens, the green surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. Eventhough the hotel is close to the airport, you will not notice that during your stay. We heard no noice from planes at all. Once we arrived at the property we were amazed by the impressive design and the welcoming atmosphere. The reception welcomed us and have been super friendly and helpful. We were accompanied to our suite - which was our first (and only) disappointment. We booked a superior suite with sea view. However, the suite we were brought to was on the side of the property on the 2nd floor (in Germany we would call it the 1st floor). We couldn't actually see the sea. The bigger problem was the next door construction works that happened day and night. We've spoken to reception and thankfully were moved the next day. A beautiful suite on the 5th floor in the center of the property. Absolutely stunning views. Suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food of the buffet restaurant is well above average and we loved eating there. The speciality restaurants had great food, great service and a great atmosphere. We noticed that the alcoholic beverages included are not that great - are they watered down? Overall we had an absolute amazing time! All employees did an outstanding job and we appreciate all their dedication!"

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Egyptian hospitality at its finest! The hotel is also connected to a beautiful beach, complete with hammocks and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I ended up adding a couple more days to my stay as it was truly relaxing. The security team made us feel extremely safe and were so protective of us as girls traveling. Their presence was reassuring and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm service. I’m already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hurghada!"

"Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again "
