"Clean place, very comfortable bed, everything as in description, lovely that there were extra free channels on tv to watch, quiet location, convenient to get to tourist sites. We loved especially the Mills mansion in Staatsburg, also the River and Post restaurant, enjoyed Rhinebeck and Bocuse restaurant in CIA. "

"Decent rental with good amenities. Could be closer to some areas of town with more stuff to do if you care about that. The biggest problem was that it's close to a train track and trains went by very frequently, and they were both loud and they shook the entire house every time. You get used to it, but if you are a light sleeper or have a small kids, it might be a concern."

"The cottage is a very small- one room studio with an uncomfortable sofa bed . We could feel the frame of the bed while lying down. Once the bed was open there was hardly any space to walk around to get to the bathroom or kitchen area. The shower was a 2.5 ft square and off the kitchen The review didn’t make it obvious that there was only a sofabed and no dedicated bedroom Now when I read the description I see they never said there was a queen size bed or a double bed instead it’s cryptically...

"This basement apartment is beautifully updated and well appointed with all the comforts of home in a small space. The small kitchenette was stocked with a pour over coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and sugar. Organic milk and seltzers were provided in the cute little refrigerator. There was adequate space for my stay with a very close friend. This place is best suited for a couple and possibly a couple plus a young child- it’s definitely not enough space for 3 adults. "The place is great, it needed a good sweeping. But when the saw the listing it stated there was a hot tub. Upon arriving we found there was no hot tub. The owner said he probably put that by accident. Which we found frustrating because it was one the reasons we chose this location.The communication was okay, it could’ve been better."

"Upstairs apartment is well furnished and very clean. Couch in living room converts to a bed. Lovely deck with seating to watch the llamas, alpacas, and goats. Great spot for morning coffee. Recommend. "
