"В номере нет одеяла (была в декабре, отопления в комнате не было), только легкое покрывало. На мою просьбу принести теплое одеяло, ответили, что одеяла у них нет, принесли второе легкое покрывало. Окно в комнате сломано - не было ручки на оконной раме и окно плотно не закрывалось.Из-за этого было очень шумно ночью, были слышны все звуки с улицы. Изголовье кровати было сломано. В душе не было света. Нет крючков и полочек в ванной. Розетка только одна в ванной, в комнате свисает с потолка...
