"We had an amazing stay at the Apple Tree Inn in Julian, CA, from March 14th to 16th. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was outstanding—everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The inn itself is charming, clean, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly complements Julian’s small-town charm. The rooms were cozy, and the location was great—close to town but still quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO property, and I can't recommend it enough! The host made sure everything was perfect. The house was well maintained, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was ideal and had a peaceful view of the pond. Close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. While the town was within walkable distance and bikes on the property for us to use, it was snowy conditions and too cold to walk so we drove instead.The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor picnic table was a wonderful bonus, perfect for our meal in the sun facing the pond. Communication with the host was seamless; Jason was responsive, friendly, and offered great local recommendations. We enjoyed walking across to the Nickel Beer Co. which had amazing beer, ciders, family friendly and very friendly people and staff.There were E-vehicle chargers at the local library and 2 free Tesla chargers at the Orchard Inn (free before 5 pm). We walked the town and ate at Julian Cafe while our car was charging.Overall, this stay exceeded all my expectations, and I would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located getaway!"
