"One of the best hotsl stays we have ever experienced, mainly due to the excellent customer service. The room we stayed in was a little small and cramped for us, so the staff allowed us to switch to a slightly bigger room. In that room, our air conditioner worked, but didnt get as cool as we wanted it, so the staff went out of their way to make sure it cooled down for us. They immediately changed out the air filter and brought us a fan. It was just such a great experience because they took such good care of us !"
