This is where I always stay when I visit family in Julian. I love both restaurants across the street and next door, the Keurig coffee makers in the room are great, and it's so much easier to stay here than dealing with the crowds in Julian.

We stay here during our annual trip to visit family. This time, we found multiple body hairs in our bed, a dead beetle and the bed was the worst. Very uncomfortable. We will need to find a new place to stay each year. They need to upgrade a bit

Pet friendly stay
We enjoyed our stay simple clean room with a comfortable bed. This is a no frills updated old school motel. Great for a nights stay. We chose it because it's pet friendly it met that need. Our 1 year old lab loved exploring the green area behind the motel has a great seating area for humans as well. Bonus there's a restaurant across the street which is pet friendly also.
