"The hotel is in a prime Ramsgate location high up over the harbour; all front rooms have superb views. The welcome was warm and we were shown to our room (22) on the third (top) floor. "The hotel was great to stay in it was clean the staff was nice and approachable but it not wheelchair friendly you can get in to the hotel but you couldn’t fit a wheelchair in the lift without asking the person in the chair to get up and stand up to get the chair in the lift "
