"A lovely unique hotel. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly. As it was a special birthday and rather last minute booking I tried to use the thermal suite but it was booked up. This was disappointing. The room was comfortable, spacious with a lovely en suite bathroom. The carpet was a little threadbare in some places although given that the room was rather dark as were the corridors in the hotel then it was not that noticeable.
