It was wonderful having the large yard for her instead of a patch of grass at a hotel. So much more convenient. Vrbo’s are also such a better alternative for space and cleanliness when traveling. "Up visiting son at FSU, and could not ask for a more convenient location. Well laid out 3-bedrooms with all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway. Nice yard with a cool back porch. "We came down for a tour of Florida State University. The location was great. The cottage was clean and very nice. The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. "Host communication is superb as well as property. Vacation rental by owner as a company is not a fair company and we will be not be using them going forward. Fees charged by Vacation rental by owner and their communication is poor. Trying to communicate with them via Philippians call center is bad and not flexible. We will never use Vacation rental by owner again. "

"We had a homeschool field trip to the capital and stayed at Robert’s place. There were 2 families with 7 kids (mostly teens) and we stayed very comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone and loved the kids loved the game room downstairs. The short drive to the capital was helpful as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Robert was super quick to respond and very kind. "
