Property was nice. Looks just as it is in the pictures. Toilet in my room was dirty, but the rest of the room was clean. Staff was really nice except for Sunday's breakfast staff. She challenged people to fight, cussing and yelling. Food was cold a d she was fussing at guests for asking her ro heat up their food. Other than that this was a nice stay for the price.

I was not able to stay there because I did not live in a hundred miles of the property even though the roads are all closed because of the snow and sleet so therefore was not able to get back to my house where I live at.. I am currently 6 months pregnant and was turned down and not able to be refunded because it was past the check in time. When I booked through the Expedia app I was not informed on this rule so I double booked and did not get my money back

Unfortunately I don’t have a good review for this property. I have used Expedia to book quite a few stays. I always select pay at the property and I have never had to pay prior to arriving with this selection. This property charged my card 8am day of my arrival. The card that was used to book the room ended up not being the card I needed to use upon arrival but the ability to make that change was taken away by the unauthorized charge that was made hours before check in time and my arrival. When I arrived I was put in a room that smelled of mildew. The worker at the front desk was clearly upset with the fact that she had to move me and my daughter to another room. She mentioned that she had to clean the room now because we sat on the bed and used the bathroom and that if I did not like the room that we were going to that she would make arrangements for me to checkout. This is a hospitality business but I guess she forgot that. I won’t sleep in a room that smells of mildew and possibly has mold. I simply wanted to be safe and comfortable after traveling 16 hours. What angered me was the fact that I could hear her complaining about me to a coworker as me and my daughter were walking down the hall towards the front desk.This trip was for a college visit for my daughter. I wanted this to be a good experience for her which is the only reason I did not match the energy of the worker at this facility. I will not return nor will I recommend this location to anyone

Stayed there 4 nights. The last morning I was there the coffee was very weak. Like dishwater. When I asked for a proper cup of coffee all they did was make excuses and argue with me. They were very rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the manager they said she wasn’t available but other employees told me she was on property and was available.
