The staff in the reception were very friendly and attentive. However, the rooms need some updating, specially the bathrooms. Our shower had a two foot crack along the wall, the grout was very dirty and overall didn’t have a very good appearance.

The rooms are clean and sanitized, the staff there were very helpful the bartender, Mrs. Ashely along with Mrs. Kenisha and the on duty manager Mrs. patel. All played a part in making my experience there welcome.

Great staff really nice and helpful but actual building and breakfast not really. The syrup tastes weird and the cereal was stale and the orange juice tasted really fake. The tub in the bathroom was dirty when we checked in but the staff was quick to put me in another room which was better but still subtly dirty.

Room smelled bad. Bathroom shower hadn't been cleaned and sink drained slowly. Carpet needed cleaning or new carpet put in. Food and bar was good. Staff was great.
