"We stayed in the Sea Breeze house with another family. There were 3 couples and 4 teens. Shirley, the property manager, was incredible. She met us at the house and made sure we knew how to work everything. The house furnishings are very dated but everything works and the house was clean. After a day of adventuring we had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The property felt very safe and the house has perfect views. The location is a short drive to the marina and close to many other great beaches and activities. The walk down to the beach is short too. I debated giving the property 4 stars because the advertisement doesn't accurately describe the room layout. There are only 2 private rooms with their own bathroom. The other 2 "rooms" are actually joined and only separated by a glass sliding door. There are blinds you can pull on the sliding door but it still doesn't feel very private. One of the rooms is really a game room with beds and is only accessible through the bedroom or by an exterior door. The biggest issue is that the bedroom you need to walk through to get to the game room has a bathroom without a door. We made do by only accessing the game room through the exterior door so we could keep the glass door shut and blinds pulled. You access the 4th full bathroom from the outside, by the game room. None of the interior full bathrooms have doors. Doors to bathrooms and walling off the game room from the bedroom would have made the stay better. "

"Beautiful house in a beautiful location! Pool was bigger than expected and provided hours of fun for the kids. Rooftop has an amazing view. Short walk to a beautiful beach where we spent time swimming, snorkeling and boogy boarding. Easy drive into Cabo, San Jose del Cabo and other beautiful beaches. Close to convenient grocery stores, including Costco, Fresko and others.House is large, comfortable and clean with a great layout for a large family. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Beds were very comfortable, each room had its own air conditioning system that could be individually set.Kristen helped me organize groceries to be delivered before we got there and we requested the Welcome Package that was offered. We arrived later in the evening, so having groceries already there was wonderful The Welcome Package with Gloria and Antonio was great and such a warm welcome to the house after a long day of travel.Denys and Pablo, our contacts for the house, were wonderful and responsive, they were always quick to answer questions. We had an issue with a shower head one afternoon/evening, and they had it fixed the next morning.Gate security were friendly. Note that you tell them you are staying at Casa Regina and give them your ID when you go in and they give you a plastic card with the community/driving rules, on your way out you give them the card in exchange for your ID back.After a week, we didn't want to leave and we look forward to coming back!"
