Casa del Sol Naciente is located in the 24 hour gated and secured community of Cabo Bello just a few minutes outside of Cabo San Lucas. This home offers everything you will need for a relaxing vacation getaway that will make you want to stay.

Casa del Sol Naciente features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with 2 pools and a rooftop patio that offers amazing ocean views. Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. As well, the outdoor patio hosts a 65" TV for all your poolside entertainment needs, BBQ area with a sink and full size fridge, outdoor shower and 1/2 bath for your convenience.

Upstairs features the master bedroom, office/Den with sofa bed that can make as a 4th bedroom if needed, 1.5 bathrooms, an amazing kitchen and beautiful palapa that overlook the pool patio as well as the ocean. The master bedroom and office/den features their own Romero and Juliet balconies.

Finally Casa del Sol Naciente offers a rooftop patio that is sure to excite anyone that steps up for breathtaking views. It features fully furnished patio tables and chairs, sun chairs, and of course views of paradise.

Fantastic getaway spot
Our family had a wonderful time on the property. The house is beautiful, comfortably furnished, and well-equipped. Francisco was friendly and helpful. The kids lived in the pool when we weren’t enjoying the picturesque private beach. If you are looking for a rental property in the Cabo area, I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Amazing Home with everything that you need
Such a beautiful home. Well stocked, comfortable beds and large enough for everyone who came. This is located in a gated community about a 10 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas downtown. Security is tight and we felt safe within the community. The beach is a good walk to get to, not suggested for handicapped or those who don't enjoy a good workout. We had Alfredo come cook a couple of meals for us which was amazing! We will be back!

Wonderful family home
We stayed at this property as a family of 5 adults and 2 very young children. We really appreciated how well stocked the home is. The kitchen amenities were amazing, The baby and children products made the holiday so much easier. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. We loved being able to easily walk to the beach, watch the sunsets from the rooftop patio. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect ladies trip.
Such a great property for our annual "Ladies Beach Trip". Plenty of room to have solitude, with common areas allowing for group interactions. The house is well equipt for group cooking and activities. Francisco was delightful to work with and insured a great stay.

The house was amazing with excellent views, clean, swimming pool kept our grandchildren occupied. The security team is very active making us feel safe. We rented a car to get around which everything was in short distance beaches, boating and water activities. Francisco was extremely helpful and always available. Everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. Can’t wait to return.

The place was fantastic. Short walk to private beach that was beautiful. Francisco was great. He showed us around the place when we arrived, called cabs for us and checked on us the next day. He is the best!! A couple restaurants and a great grocery store nearby. I highly recommend this beautiful location.

We absolutely loved this home. We had 4 adults 2 teenagers and 3 kids and we all had space. The kitchen is super stocked and we took advantage of the chef service. We had a great time and Francisco was beyond helpful. Highly recommend!!

If you are searching for a beautiful private villa then stop looking! This villa is very well done in every aspect from decor, comfort, location to accessibility to the beach and the surrounding areas. The villa is well suited for any size group. The pool area is amazing! The pictures online represent the villa true to life. It’s lovely 😊

Fun family Vaca in Cabo
Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. House was just as described, in great location and had everything we needed for our vacation. Shopping close by, but would suggest Walmart or Costco over Freska for better prices and selection. Uber is cheap and best way to get around. Beach on property is convenient. Francisco was very helpful and great with staying connected if we needed anything Only suggestion would be to provide a boogie board and some beach chairs for guests. Overall it was fantastic and we would recommend!

Amazing house
My family and I loved staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we may need for cooking. Pool area was amazing and the view from the rooftop was a perfect place to hang out and look for whales! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach to look for seaglass, seashells and go snorkeling. Costco, Walmart, and a Fresko we're all a short drive from the house. I cannot recommend staying in this house enough! Francisco was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to any messages or questions we had!

We had an amazing time at this property. Awesome and convenient location to explore Cabo and San Jose. The house was perfect for two families and the outdoor space allowed for non-stop entertainment. The traditional house decor was a delight and the place is fully stocked with everything you can think of. We loved sipping coffee on the kitchen patio and enjoying sunset on the rooftop with a cocktail. The beach is a close walk and private/scenic (swimmable although still need to be cautious with small children). We thoroughly enjoyed making memories here and would definitely go back.

Beautiful well stocked house
Cano Bello is beautiful! Lots of space, clean, and the gated neighborhood felt really safe. Short walk to the private neighborhood beach, and a quick drive to larger beaches, San Lucas, and San Jose. Easy drive to the grocery stores and restaurants. The house was super well stocked for our family - everything we needed for cooking, beach toys, and tons of games for the kids. We hired a cook for 3 days, which was amazing! Food was fantastic and the price was really reasonable. Fransisco was helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Cabo!

Everything about this house/property is wonderful. We were a group of 3 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. We ate most meals in - the kitchen has any gadget you could possible thing of. The outdoor kitchen area was fantastic for grilling. Loved the beds and the bedding - super comfortable bed and very nice linens. We had an issue with a toilet downstairs but once I messaged owner it was addressed instantly. Amazing Stay in Cabo
I’m not usually one to write reviews but we had a wonderful 5 night stay at this property! Francisco met us at the house at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know. He was available by call/text during our entire stay to help us arrange taxis or answer any questions we had. The house was just as pictured, extremely clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is very safe and has security at the entrance to vet all cars that enter. The house is a ~5 minute walk from a beautiful quiet beach and a few hotels which have coffee shops & restaurants. We absolutely loved the home and our stay. Cannot recommend the property & praise Francisco’s hospitality enough!

Week in Cabo!
We had a great time at this beautiful home! Francisco, the property manager, was exceptionally friendly and informative! He met us at the house upon our arrival to walk us through the house and showed us where everything was- throughout our stay I messaged him a few times and he immediately got back to me! The house was nicely appointed and was clean- kids loved the pool as well as the beaches we visited! We felt totally safe and let our older four kids, ages 12-16, walk to the private beach when they wanted to. I recommend this house for larger groups or families with kids! Our family of 7 fit comfortably in the space!

This home is gorgeous!
This home is absolutely breathtaking. There were 6 of us and everyone loved how the owner thought of every little detail. The home is beautifully furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING you would ever need. Communication with the staff during our stay was excellent and they were so helpful and accommodating. Minor issue we had at were Uber drivers had a difficult time locating the home once inside the gates. Couple of them cancelled calls to pickup because of that. Other than that which is minor, we loved the house and our stay. The covered patio was perfect for watching sunrises. Thank you to Oscar and Adelina.

What a dream!
We absolutely LOVED this house! In a gated community with 24/7 security so you know you are safe. The home looks just like the pictures! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool was the best part, we were poolside everyday! The private beach was amazing as well. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and rooftop. Perfect for watching the sun rise and set. The absolute ONLY issue we had was with the Property Manager, Oscar. He briefly walked through the home with us. After that, we heard nothing from him. We reached out to him for help with a cook and recommendations but he simply never got back to us. We stayed for 7 days and no check ins from him whatsoever. Our initial meeting was our only contact which was disappointing. The home owner Karen, however, got back to me RIGHT away when I would message her. We would 100% stay here again, would just recommend the Property Manager be more accommodating.

Casa Del Sol Naciente turned out to be to be our favorite family vacation destination to date! We celebrated my 50th birthday and our 28th wedding anniversary while we were in Cabo. We did our research and discovered Casa Del Sol Naciente was perfect for 6 adults and my 3 yr & 1 yr old grandchildren with room to spare. We woke up to watch the sunrise in the East from the covered patio and watched the sunset in the West just behind the famous Cabo Arch from the patio on the roof. The decorating lived up to the authenticity of beautiful Cabo and its surroundings. Since we had little ones we cooked a lot in the kitchen which was fully stocked with everything we needed including beautiful dinnerware. The outdoor kitchen & bar was perfect for my birthday fiesta. We were even surprised with homemade birthday cupcakes from one of the friendly neighbors. Classy touch! The pool and plants were maintained multiple times during our week stay and we felt very safe the entire time within the Cabo Bello community. My wife is a clean freak and it exceeded her expectations. Everyone in my family is still raving about how much fun we had at Casa Del Sol Naciente! We will be back. Thank you!!

Beautiful Cabo Home!
We visited Cabo with our friends before Thanksgiving. We had 4 adults and 5 children and we all comfortably fit in the home. Upon arrival, Fransisco met us at the door and walked us through each level of the home. He also spent time giving us recommendations for restaurants, tequila, and things to see. He was so amazing! The beach is about a 5 minute walk and it’s gorgeous! Not very busy but the sand is a little rougher than some other beaches. We saw puffer fish and sea snakes near the shore and the water is crystal clear! We also loved the security at the gates of the community. They checked each car and took IDs until you left the complex. We appreciated the 24 hour security check. It was a wonderful place to be with a family in Cabo at an excellent price! Waking up and taking in the views of Cabo was definitely my favorite memory. Thanks for the hospitality! Don’t lose Fransisco! He’s one of the best parts!
