"After an 18 hour flight, I had forgotten to get cash before getting in a cab that only accepted cash. When I got to the hotel with only my credit card, the staff at the drop off did not miss a beat and escorted me to registration and promptly paid the driver. Unbelievable service to immediately fix a nightmare issue of my own making. The hotel and room are spectacular and flawless. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at."

"This is a nice hotel in a great location. The pool deck is fantastic and the club lounge is also good. The rooms are a bit better than average. There are two issues - the hotel starts on the 10th floor so it means two lift wells to get to your room and the lifts are slow. The other issue is that the breakfast buffet is loud and disorganized. We had to queue to get in and couldn’t wait to get out. "
