"Be aware not all amenities listed are available. Front office people will huff and puff over the phone when you ask for extra towels (1st time calling and requesting). Basic amenities like TV and WiFi doesn’t work. They shrug it off and don’t do anything about. I went of the next day to speak to the manager about this his name is Luis and hung the phone up. Didn’t even try to fix the problem. So rude! "

El lugar es ruidoso, si buscas descanso y tranquilidad no es lo adecuado. Si buscas un lugar cerca de bares, restaurantes definitivamente está bien. Demoraron en enviarme la información para acceder al lugar, estuve más de 30 minutos esperando y me enviaron cuando me comuniqué con ellos. Fui por un viaje de negocios y no creo que vuelva si es por este motivo."

"The two negative points that I found out was that did not refill the shampoo and conditioner bottle before giving us the room and they wouldn’t let you have your breakfast on the roof top. Why?? nobody could logically explain) I think that when someone is paying for staying, it is to enjoy a full capacity, all the areas hotel has to offer. Great location and Plenty restaurants around."

"This location is convenient to the Plaza Colon. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The host really helped out when I found two ladies just outside looking for their accommodations that turned out to be bogus. So our host was able to accommodate them even though it was REALLY late at night when I sent the message. The apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There is even an (ancient) elevator that we used for our heavy luggage. Wonderful visit!"
