"Thai influenced styling throughout the hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the hotel was super clean and well-appointed. Looked newly refurbished. Had a massage at the spa and it was great. It’s on a main road but with the windows closed it’s very quiet. A short walk to Yuyuan Gardens and mall area and in to other direction down Huaihai Rd there is a high-end shopping area. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect place to stay in the center of Shanghai. Amazing staff and service , arrived early 8 am our room was ready to move in at 10 , in the meantime they let us wait in the executive lounge at the 59th floor with some coffee .Room very spacious, lots of free bottle water (8) always refilled each day . Highly recommend would stay again "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Right in the middle of all the shops with plenty of places to eat. Close to subways and connections to airports so easy to get around. You can walk to the bund in around 15-20 minutes. The staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Westin Bund centre is ideally located. It’s 10 min walk from the Bund. Walking distance to both the shopping street and Yuyuan garden. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. "
