I did report the experience to the property manager the next morning and was told that a refund will be provided."

"It’s more like a busy family hotel (kids running at lounge/restaurant/room upstairs) than a luxury mindful get away like it is advertised. Tell from hotel staffs face, it’s probably short of manpower and long working hours that everyone looks very tired. They tried to provide nice service but just too overwhelmed. Except the room is spacious, nothing else is luxury. Wedding ceremony in the afternoon and construction noises near by (from 8 am Sunday morning) ruin the entire stay. The...
