My family have breakfast there every morning (freshly brewed coffee, tuna roll, sandwiches, cakes). It would be great if the hotel could consider offering airport-hotel shuttle service especially for evening checkin. "

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort - warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Sara, in particular, was incredibly accommodating. We had a room which took our breath away - floor-to-ceiling windows framing the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower, with the glittering skyline of Shanghai stretching out before us at night. "Great hotel and easy to get to F1 race on line 2, then line 11 right to track. It takes almost two hours due to metro stopping at every station and line-ups but I would stay here again. Club room was amazing with Pudong and river views and super customer service and superior club lounge. Enough food for dinner Ni each night. "

I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "
