"The AC was not working in the room and when we called the technician we were told that the hotel's air conditioning was under maintenance. Mosquito's and bed bugs kept me awake all night! I did report the experience to the property manager the next morning and was told that a refund will be provided."

"No toilet paper on bathroom. Dirty & Old Carpet. Connections for computers and mobile devices outdated. fridge empty, why have it? Bar attendance worst location within hotel, unconfortable seats, personel with limited English, difficult to communicate."
