"We had a great time at the family selection grand Palladium. The staff was amazing. Everything was well kept food was good overall it’d be nice to have some more options at dinner outside of the restaurants. The activities for the kids were wonderful. Alejandra was great with our children. We highly Recommend bringing your family to the grand Palladium family selection. We will be going back for sure With everything there’s mine or things here and there but overall great time great property great staff. "

"We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! It was nice being directly on the beautiful beach, to watch the whales and my kids surf the break directly out front of the property. The golf cart was also a blast to drive around town and beach clubs- our family of 5 fit perfectly. The beach club memberships were key to so much of our fun. The only thing I wish I would've known before arriving is that it's actually a 3 bedroom condo. The 4th room is really only a bonus room if you need an additional room for a child to sleep in but the housekeeper, Susana spread out out cleaning supplies in the 4th room, did laundry and ironing- it was basically her workspace and couldn't be used as a guest room. However, our family of 5 was very comfortable in the remaining 3 bedrooms and Susana did a wonderful job cleaning and cooking during our trip. Her food was delicious! We'll be back. "

"Upon arrival at the property we noticed that the room we chose( jungle view) was towards the construction site next door. It’s not a pretty site to see so we decided to upgrade to ocean view with access to secrets and their restaurants. A lot more enjoyable, view is towards the inside courts/ ocean. The upgrade was reasonable and we are glad we did it. The roof top pools are breathless and the restaurants have more options if you are traveling with adults only. Some of the restaurants are adults only so for families, it might not be worth it to upgrade. We loved our stay. Just didn’t realize there was construction next door property. See you next time. "

Every waiter, bartender, pool attendant and bell person was laser focused on guest satisfaction. My personal cuates team tended to our every need in a timely and courteous manner. The property and suites were gorgeous and immaculate. The restaurants were amazing. This is the premier resort in Punta de Mita. "
