Their restaurants are top-notch.

Access to the Premier Membership includes entry to the beach clubs, golf course, gym, tennis, paddle tennis, and all gourmet restaurants within Punta Mita. With the Premier Membership, you also have the right to use the two golf courses at Punta Mita, paying the applicable usage fees.

PH Terrazas has controlled security at the main entrance and private surveillance with 24-hour security.

From pools of water from leaking A/C units, to a safe that never worked, to a 25 year old golf cart that broke down, to a patio so full of bugs it wasn’t useable (don’t go out with coffee without covering it) to a manager who charged fees upon fees, the worst VRBO we have experienced. Disappointing.

The property manager is wonderful. Always quick to respond and helpful in booking restaurants, experiences, etc. The place is big, clean and nicely laid out. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time!

Punta Mita was amazing, and this property was just as described. Great check in process, access to beautiful pools. It was a great family vacation. Daily housekeeping was great! If you have small children one thing to be mindful about is the stairs. We had a baby gate that was helpful.

This place was as expected and more! First the entire process from start to finish was efficient. Connection to the concierge (Pedro) made life so easy. He was quick to reach out and respond and was there for every need we had. The house was as advertised and was stunningly beautiful. Perfect getaway in Punta Mita
Our family and friends had a wonderful time in Punta Mita, and enjoyed our stay at Las Terrazas. This unit works great for a large group. We utilized 4 rooms all with private bathrooms for our adult group. There was an additional room which included large bunk beds and a private bath that we did not need to use. This unit has a fantastic location and a great golf cart. We were greeted by the property manager, Pedro, who was very polite and took care of all of our needs throughout our stay. He checked in with us each day and answered all texts. He made additional arrangements for us for transportation etc. as needed. Our daily house cleaner prepared for us a beautiful welcome gift including margaritas, chips, homemade salsa and guacamole which was delicious. Our water heater did break down during our stay, but maintenance had a new replacement by the end of the day. The unit has a beautiful and spacious deck with views which accommodates many people. Very nice lounge furniture, outdoor teak dining table and chairs, and a barbeque is perfect. It does have a fire pit which is noted on the VRBO listing but it does not work. We were disappointed by that. The property manager indicates it has not worked for quite awhile so be aware of that going into your trip. Overall, we loved the unit and would return to stay there. We highly recommend it and found it to be a good value compared to neighboring prices.

The property was great and wonderful for our family. Punta Mita was so nice. The condo comes with access to the beach clubs, which were amazing. Maria, with the concierge service, was so helpful and provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Note: top bunk does not have railing and the stairs are a little tricky for a group traveling with young kids.

This condo was spectacular! The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s huge and spacious with beautiful living spaces both indoor and out. We lived using the pool at the building and had easy access to beach clubs as well. Will definitely be coming back here!

Comfortable pent house in a beautiful destination
We enjoyed out stay at La Terrazas. The Pent House was perfect for the 10 of us. There were enough beds for each of us so as to not have to share. There were plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out. The living areas were well positioned, one tv room upstairs and one downstairs. The terrace was huge and full of nice furniture. The kitchen had all of the amenities, but it was a bit tight behind the counter when cooking. The only drawbacks to the house were the staircase going up to the bedroom/tv room on the second floor. They are made out of metal and seem very flimsy, and there were some sharp edges that looked precarious. Other minor issues is that the front door was very difficult to open and close and the golf cart that came with the rental unfortunately died on the first day. Monica, the owner was very nice and responsive to all of our needs and immediately got us a replacement golf cart which was great. Our cleaning lady, Marta, was fantastic! So sweet and attentive to detail. The location of the Terrazas is perfect - easy to get into town and close to all of the beach clubs. The premier beach club membership was definitely a plus. The house isn't the newest on the block, but it was pretty well maintained and had a great bedroom layout for larger groups with children. Punta Mita is an amazing place and every time we visit we wish we didn't have to leave.
