"When we arrived, the hotel garage was full so we could not park in it. They said we could park on the street. The next day I received a ticket to pay for parking on the street. At that time, I could have moved it into the garage but I did not because I thought I could park on the street. The hotel never told me that it would cost me to park on the street. When I asked about parking, it would have been nice if they told me all of the details since I could have parked free with them."

"I felt like I was at home with Malita and Tito. The hostel was a private little place with a great view of the ocean, and a neat little area for meals. It was exactly what I needed for my first day in country. Malita was very helpful in helping me get supplies for my upcoming backpack in Torres del Paine. "On arrival found they would not accept debit cards for payment, and would not accept, dollars or sterling. Luckily we were able to make a transfer direct from our bank. All other hotels the same. Suggest you pre-paay ALL bookings with all hotels in Chile, could save a lot of heartache. Also in Chile it is now impossible to purchase a local Chile sim card for your phone - so make sure you have an e-sim installed before you travel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at that property . The staff , Gladis and Matias were so warm, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. It felt very authentic, more like a bed and breakfast, country living .They did cook us a wonderful lunch. We loved the setting quiet under beautiful old trees , however if you do not have a rental car you may prefer to stay more in town . The room was spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. The bathroom needs updating ."

"quiet place and really nice host. My family of 4 leave our items at the places before going to Patagonia 8 days O ring trip. They put them in our room when we are back.
