We had a one night stay here and it was excellent ! The staff were very attentive and helpful . The hotel had a lovely modern decor and was very well finished & was located on the very pretty main square very close to all the amenities

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were fortunate to be in Tower 2 with a wonderful view of the sea. The room was spacious and newly updated with individually controlled thermostats. We later found out that the rooms in Tower 1 still needed to be updated and there was no air conditioning! So ask for Tower 2! Breakfast was included and had a wide variety to choose from!

They mixed up our rooms / had only one room when two were reserved . Miraculously found the second room when I showed them the print out. No explanation, No room service NY Eve dinner reservation was also lost ( had to show Voucher) to get seated then terrible service Asked for manager but apparently No one was available- would Not recommend

Everything was great except: 1. The bed was bouncy ( it moves way too much) 2. The police should have been called because of all the loud racing car that drive around the park all night long — until 4-5 am. I had thee worst night sleep ever because of all that car racing noise.

I had an exceptional experience at the Cabo de Hornos hotel, nestled in the charming historic district of Punta Arenas. Its prime location offers a convenient stroll to the picturesque waterway and pier. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Our room was spotless and provided a comfortable haven with delightful beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose to stay again. I wholeheartedly recommend the Cabo de Hornos hotel to anyone visiting the area.

One of the two luxury hotels in Punta Arenas. This location is better, right in front of the park. It can get a bit noisy with travel groups but not a big issue. The restaurant is great and lobby is very spacious.

I did not like that the front desk staff would not allow an early check in even though the room was ready. Check-in time is 3pm, and that is the RULE. Seems foolish to ruin an opportunity for a goodwill gesture. On the bright side, the hotel restaurant food is amazing. The best food I had in Chile.

Great location right in the center of town with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel overall was well appointed and maintained with all the the usual amenities excluding a fridge in the room, however arrangements can be made to have one, also staff were able to keep to snacks cool for us prior to our early departure to Patagonia. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Sebastian, who helped us on numerous occasions! Lastly, the hotel restaurant and bar were also very good, a lovely spot for dinner after long day excursions.
