Tribal house

2.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (14)
"I felt like I was at home with Malita and Tito. The hostel was a private little place with a great view of the ocean, and a neat little area for meals. It was exactly what I needed for my first day in country. Malita was very helpful in helping me get supplies for my upcoming backpack in Torres del Paine. She was very patient with my terrible Spanish! "

Estancia Rio de Los Ciervos

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (32)
"We really enjoyed our stay at that property . The staff , Gladis and Matias were so warm, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. It felt very authentic, more like a bed and breakfast, country living .They did cook us a wonderful lunch. We loved the setting quiet under beautiful old trees , however if you do not have a rental car you may prefer to stay more in town . The room was spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. The bathroom needs updating ."

Haiken Hostal

3.0 star property

Karol Hostal B&B

2.5 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (7)
"Did not like anything about this place. This is not a hostel but a private house plus restaurant. Our room was given to somebody else and we found ourselves in a twin room with a shared bathroom, a long way from what we had paid for. The place smells of cooking, and we had no choice but to leave. Hostels in Chile are closer to disappointing homestays full of kids. This place had at least 5 kids running around."
