"Joe's place is in a unique location - high above the ocean yet close enough to hear the breakers. A beautiful view with a peaceful patio for eating and relaxing - that is the place's signature. We cooked a bit with the well-supplied kitchen and ate in heaven. Also, Joe was a responsive owner who was helpful, responsive and yet gave us our privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would return gain. "The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested."

"The site says family apartment, the truth is, a master bedroom, with bath and some complements. But nice. I had an accident in the bathroon with a screw, that was very bad. Enough space in the back yard to do some activities, but not enogh chairs and tabkes and the pool is little. But I had a good time with my family anyways. "

"Everything was great for our stay. We stayed a month. Condo had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked good. Condo was clean and check in went smoothly which was great because we arrived at 4 am it was wonderful waking up to that beautiful view everyday. Communication with the host was also great they responded quickly to any thing we needed. Would definitely stay again."
