"My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is very close to the boat launch and there are tons of restaurants and shops within a few minute's walk. Breakfast is a set meal...toast, eggs, meat, cheese, and fruit. If you are a vegan or have dietary restrictions, you are going to have an issue with the breakfast. The door to my patio was broken so I wasn't able to put my wetsuit out to dry. The hot water took about 5 minutes to heat. Wifi in the room is non-existant, I had to go down to...

"Immediately upon arriving, we were told there was no reservation under our name. After showing our printed reservation paid in full, the front desk staff appeared confused and had another employee come over. After 5-10 minutes of confusion, the hotel claimed they had overbooked themselves (despite the hotel appearing empty, with all of the rooms we could see having the door open). We were then told we would be brought to a different hotel. The hotel we were taken to was clearly lower in quality...

"We only stayed overnight between the afternoon ferry from Isabela and the morning ferry to San Cristobal. It is difficult to rate the hotel as we were not there long. Our room did have a nice balcony with a hammock. The room had a mini fridge. The water in the shower was cool, couldn’t get it to go hot. The grounds of the hotel were nice and has a small pool. "
