"There was a hammock in the room - we loved it. Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. It was difficult to get a taxi to the pier in the morning and the walk isn’t too far (15-20 min) but we had heavy bags so it was inconvenient. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "

Our room was beautiful, well-appointed, and kept spotless thanks to the exceptional maid service. One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast—10 out of 10! Each morning featured a delicious, different hot meal, freshly prepared and beautifully served. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from the center of town, close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is charming, with lovely design touches and a small pool in the courtyard that adds a relaxing, tropical vibe. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santa Cruz! "Max and Lourdes were amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to help. On booking they sent out additional information regarding tours and Santa Cruz. They were always ready to answer questions or to recommend places. They have even gone to the trouble of making videos to explain how to catch the ferry etc. which is very reassuring when you have no idea what to expect. My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Fluffy white towels in the bathrooms, daily housekeeping, daily breakfast with freshly made eggs, I didn’t need anything more. Lourdes was very helpful in booking my ferries to other islands which saved me a lot of time."

"Excellent hotel! We also stayed in another one in Puerto Ayora a week before. Almost double the prize and about the same ratings (except they had a large pool). Dreams is very good value for money and in a great location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended."
