"I waited at the property for around two hours to check in and not a single person was in sight. I called the numbers available online and none of them were working numbers. There is a sign in the courtyard with alternative numbers, and when I called those nobody answered. The listing states 24 hour reception but that clearly is a misadvertisement. The largest concern was the inability to connect with someone when a problem arises, as there was a young girl at the desk unable to assist us and we were unable to reach the owners via email or phone.
