"We truly enjoyed our stay at Coloma! The facility was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the daily turn down service was very much appreciated. The honesty bar was a nice way to allow us access to bottled water, beer/wine, and other beverages at anytime. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging airport transfers and providing information on other island activities. "

"I have stayed here twice while visiting Galapagos. It is not located in the main shopping/ dining area but they get you a taxi which only costs about $2. I especially appreciated Roland who took care of all our tours and checked on us to make sure all was well with our excursions. "

"Family traveling with 2 teens staying for a few days, it was easy to recognize they take much pride in the care of their guests and the facilities. Room had an amazing view with a balcony, clean with amenities such as a refrigerator. Gonzalo and Kelly both provided terrific service, happy to answer questions. Every morning a delicious breakfast with melt in your mouth fruit, various styled eggs, meats, cheese, pancakes and fresh made juice. When we had to leave early in the morning, they provided a boxed breakfast to take with us. They have snorkeling gear upon request for easy renting. We did not use the pool however it was well kept and appeared to be enjoyed by other guests."

"Very enjoyable inside, lovely cozy rooms, hot showers, great breakfasts. The outside and neighboring buildings do not reflect the great quality of the hotel and staff."

"Nice hotel, a walking distance from the port and a number of good restaurants. Go for a sea view room. They are definitely worth a slightly higher price. We liked everything about the hotel, apart from wifi, which is slow and unreliable. People working in the hotel are amazing. "

"Staff were really warm and courteous, I arrived really early and was allowed to store my luggage. The room was spacious and had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing and drying snorkel gear if you got any too. Breakfast is a voucher for the restaurant next door - Lo Lo which was quite nice (you get a choice of american breakfast or can ask for Bolon). Had it once which was alright - still great value. The bed was comfortable and staff cleaned it daily. Also good location near the ferry terminal - 5 mins walk. "
