"The people at the hotel are amazingly kind and helpful. From Salvador to Carmen, they helped us with luggage, finding restaurants, and more. The rooms fine although I don't recommend the ones without windows. The ones in front with a view of the street are lovely and light. The bathrooms are fine and the beds very comfortable.
