Very unfriendly young man with glasses checked me in, this hotel has a very cold energy, by far the most unfriendly hotel we stayed in on a three city trip over NYE. I would not recommend or consider staying there again.

A lovely hotel. Friendly bilingual staff. Fast check-in and check-out. Beautiful large room with a private patio. Garden shower. Very comfortable bed and quality linens & toiletries. We decided to stay an extra day! In the heart of historic area. Mirador (scenic overlook) a 7 minute walk away. Very safe and walkable area with restaurant/bars, antique stores, churches. La habitación con jacussi en la habitación no estaba limpia y aunque dijeron la iban a limpiar no fue así. El restaurante solo opera por las mañanas y queda como cafetería, no nos atendieron después del cierre de desayuno, nunca se acercaron por lo que sugiero poner más atención en esos detalles.
